An incorporator is an individual or company who is requesting to incorporate. Generally, all the individuals who are directors are also be incorporators. If you are submitting for incorporation on behalf of your client then it should be your client's information here, not yours.

Standard share structure: Is commonly used when a corporation has one and single owner (shareholder). It allows to issue unlimited number of shares without naming any specific share class. It does not make any distinction between voting shares and non-voting shares.

Advanced share structure: Is commonly used when a corporation has more than one owner and all the owners are family members (spouses, children, parents etc.). It allows to issue class A common voting and class B common non-voting share. This type of articles allows to issue common shares only and does not allow issuing preferred shares.

Custom share structure: Is commonly used when a corporation has more than one owner and any one of the owners are non-family members (relatives, friends, business partners).
